About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our team in Lutterworth. As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical services to help our clients maintain their independence at home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical support to clients to enable them to live independently
- Assist with daily tasks and activities to promote client well-being
- Build professional relationships with clients and their families
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to deliver high-quality care
