About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our site team as a Site Operative. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site, providing excellent levels of customer service and assisting members of the public in using the site effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records for the removal of materials from the site.
  • Control the exchange of containers by booking loads with the relevant person, ensuring the site always has space to segregate and store material correctly.
  • Maintain a tidy site within your areas of responsibility.
  • Perform any other duties reasonably requested within the scope of the job-role.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual with a good level of customer service and the ability to work in a team. Prior mobile plant use is desirable, but full training will be given. A flexible approach to work will be advantageous, as you will be expected to cover holiday and sick days if required. Waste Management experience is essential, and H&S experience is desirable.
