Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Handle the copying and distribution of technical drawings for various departments.
  • Communication: Engage in inter-departmental communication, ensuring timely delivery and receipt of printed materials.
  • Printing and Formatting: Ensure drawings are printed in the correct format from AutoCAD.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide support with other administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Previous experience working in an administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of IT systems and software.
  • Availability: Ability to start immediately.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good people skills and ability to work effectively with others.
