We are seeking a skilled and experienced Community Vaccinator to join our expanding immunisation team at Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering the School Aged Immunisation Programme in Primary, Secondary, and Independent Schools, as well as other community venues.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver vaccinations to school-aged children in a safe and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with schools, parents, and other healthcare professionals to promote immunisation uptake
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools and community partners to ensure successful programme delivery
- Contribute to the development and implementation of immunisation policies and procedures
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Registered Clinician with experience in immunisation and school health nursing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driving license and access to a car for work
