Job Summary

FROGG Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Financial Clerk to join our team in Blackheath. As a Financial Clerk, you will be responsible for providing financial services to our clients, including financial accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
  • Perform payroll administration functions, including capturing employee data, calculating salaries and benefits, and preparing payrolls.
  • Manage and maintain petty cash accounts, including capturing and reconciling transactions.
  • Collect and process fuel slips and other vehicle-related documentation.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and statements to management and clients.

Requirements

  • Matric and relevant financial accounting and bookkeeping diploma or equivalent experience.
  • At least 35 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration.
  • Proficient in Pastel and VIP Payroll software.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Excel and other financial software.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
