Job Summary
FROGG Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Financial Clerk to join our team in Blackheath. As a Financial Clerk, you will be responsible for providing financial services to our clients, including financial accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and trial balances.
- Perform payroll administration functions, including capturing employee data, calculating salaries and benefits, and preparing payrolls.
- Manage and maintain petty cash accounts, including capturing and reconciling transactions.
- Collect and process fuel slips and other vehicle-related documentation.
- Prepare and present financial reports and statements to management and clients.
Requirements
- Matric and relevant financial accounting and bookkeeping diploma or equivalent experience.
- At least 35 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration.
- Proficient in Pastel and VIP Payroll software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Excel and other financial software.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
