Accounting Clerk

About the Role
The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for processing invoices, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. This role will also assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, as well as generate financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and suppliers
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements
- Monitor actual performance against budget and report variances
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as are excellent attention to detail and proficiency in accounting software.
