We are seeking an experienced Contract Project Manager to join our client's dynamic Energy company team. The successful candidate will have a passion for digital programme delivery, driving transformation, managing change projects, and ensuring effective governance of budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex IT change and digital transformation projects
  • Drive positive behavioural change across diverse teams
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and raise awareness of key project delivery risks
  • Manage multiple projects/processes simultaneously and ensure successful project delivery within budget
  • Contribute to business improvement and cultural change initiatives

Requirements:

  • Relevant programme management qualification
  • Demonstrated delivery experience in complex IT change and digital transformation
  • Proven ability to influence positive behavioural change and communicate effectively
  • Strong background in risk management and budget governance
