We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to undertake a pivotal role within our regional Gambling Support service. Using your own lived experience of gambling harms, you will develop and embed the voice of lived experience across our organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement peer support and co-production approaches to ensure the voice of lived experience shapes service delivery.
- Use your knowledge and expertise to inspire, support, and educate others.
- Collaborate with and mentor a wide range of people to build relationships and drive service development.
- Experience of harm from gambling either directly as a gambler or indirectly as an affected other.
- Empathy and respect for all individuals, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with others.
- Passion for reducing the impact of gambling through developing peer support and co-production approaches.
