Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement of vital automotive components and services utilizing MRP systems to guarantee seamless production processes, timely deliveries, and budget adherence.
- Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and advantageous terms while ensuring the highest quality standards.
- Accelerate order fulfillment, address quality concerns, and foster robust relationships with suppliers to support production timelines and product introductions.
- Work in conjunction with engineering, quality assurance, and logistics teams to promote ongoing enhancements in the supply chain.
Qualifications We Seek:
- Skilled Negotiator: Demonstrated success in obtaining optimal deals while balancing quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and MS Project, with experience in an MRP/ERP-focused environment.
- Solution-Oriented: A determined approach to tackling supply chain issues and ensuring the highest standards of component quality.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Mandarin, which is advantageous for managing global supplier relationships.
