Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Create, oversee, and manage a new performance appraisal system that drives high performance and nurtures a positive working environment.
  • Handle all employee relations issues and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team on recruitment and selection strategy, identifying needs and developing people plans.
