About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Community Care Worker to join our team in Brecon. As a Community Care Worker, you will be delivering care that is truly person-centred, including personal care and support, companionship, live-in care, promoting independence, medication support, specialist clinical care, and palliative and end-of-life care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist adults with daily tasks to ensure comfort and dignity
  • Provide companionship and be a friendly face and a comforting presence
  • Offer 24/7 support for those who need it most
  • Empower clients to lead fulfilling lives with as much autonomy as possible
  • Ensure safe and timely administration of medication
  • Handle complex clinical needs with expertise and confidence
  • Offer compassionate care during life's most challenging moments
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK
  • Registration with Social Care Wales (SCW)
  • The ability to assist clients with limited mobility comfortably
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Experience with complex care (desired, but not essential as full training will be provided)
  • A valid UK driver's licence and reliable access to a personal vehicle
