About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling leading surgical products across a range of specialties. Our client is a well-established exclusive distributor of medical devices in the UK, working in partnership with several manufacturers across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell a range of medical products, including stents, glues & meshes, to hospitals and private clinics across the Southeast.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and procurement teams to drive new business within secondary care.
- Work closely with our client to understand their product portfolio and provide expert knowledge to customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on growing revenue and expanding our client's market share.

Requirements:
- Medical sales experience in the surgical field, or clinical candidates with relevant experience.
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Comfortable with technical products and able to communicate complex information effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- A competitive basic salary of £40,000-47,000.
- An uncapped bonus/OTE of up to £16,000.
- A car allowance of £500 per month.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, pension, and 26 days' holiday.
