Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced childcare professional to join our team as a Nursery Room Manager at Busy Bees Apsley Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the staff in your room, ensuring that every individual child's needs are met, and providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive.

About the Role

As a Nursery Room Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery, including managing staff, resources, and budgets.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of childcare and education.
  • Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they are equipped to provide the best possible care and education for children.
  • Collaborating with other members of the nursery team to ensure that children's needs are met and that the nursery is running efficiently.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the quality of care and education provided, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
