About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) and Wellbeing initiatives. As the Head of EDI and Wellbeing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's culture and ensuring that EDI and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive EDI and wellbeing strategies aligned with our organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of EDI and wellbeing professionals.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to foster a culture of inclusion and wellbeing.
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to promote awareness and understanding of EDI and wellbeing issues.
  • Monitor and evaluate EDI and wellbeing metrics to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Represent the organization at external events and conferences.
  • Advise on policies and procedures related to EDI and wellbeing.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proven experience in leading EDI and wellbeing initiatives in a complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of EDI and wellbeing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
