Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting outbound calls to engage with potential clients, utilizing both cold and warm leads.
  • Striving to achieve a minimum of 10 meaningful conversations daily.
  • Setting up at least 5 sales demonstrations each week.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Fluency in German is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an outbound telesales or appointment-setting role.
  • Ability to work remotely or in a hybrid setting, with occasional travel to the Coventry office.
  • Familiarity with time-critical logistics, air transport, customs clearance, or general freight services is preferred.
Compensation Package:
  • Competitive base salary.
  • Average profit-sharing bonus of £3000.
  • Potential monthly commission ranging from £50 to £1000.
