We are seeking an Information Management Specialist to become a vital part of our Build Team.
Location: On-site project involvement.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
As an Information Management Specialist, you will collaborate within the Digital Team, overseeing the project common data environment (CDE) and delivering continuous training and assistance to project stakeholders.
Your daily tasks will encompass:
- Serving as the primary contact for ongoing support and guidance, including external parties such as client teams, designers, and subcontractors.
- Validation, verification, and management of all incoming and outgoing project documentation to the CDE, which includes receipt, classification, registry, distribution, and retrieval.
- Preparation and configuration of status reports on workflows, sample submissions, technical queries, requests for information, and other reportable data to enhance digital dashboards.
- Maintaining project file naming conventions in collaboration with the information manager and project team, adhering to established protocols and standards.
Candidate Profile:
This position is ideal for you if you possess:
- Proficiency in Viewpoint software.
- Understanding of industry-standard naming conventions, with a preference for ISO National Annex.
- Competent experience with Viewpoint for Project, as well as the Microsoft 365 suite, particularly Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience managing projects with substantial volumes of data and information from diverse sources.
