Key Responsibilities- Work autonomously to assess and diagnose patients with undifferentiated diagnoses, developing and implementing effective care plans.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, integrating drug and non-drug-based treatment methods into patient care plans.
- Seek advice and support from senior clinicians as needed to inform decision-making around patient care.
- Prioritize health problems and intervene appropriately to assist patients in complex, urgent, or emergency situations.
- Review medication for therapeutic effectiveness and administer medication in accordance with PGD/Independent Nurse Prescribing.
