This role can be based in one of our offices across the UK or worked remotely, offering flexibility to accommodate childcare or caring responsibilities. Our client is open to a 4-day week and is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of private client work, ensuring timely completion and updating relevant parties
  • Draft a variety of documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication with clients via phone and email
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in drafting wills and advising clients on private client matters in an in-house or private practice setting
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage own cases efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients
