Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Development Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to our People Development Team, ensuring seamless assistance with all aspects of people development throughout their time at Trivallis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support learning and people development activities, including training requests, ongoing support, CPD requests, E-Learning administration, and culture and leadership initiatives.
  • Assist the People Development Partner in organizing and delivering learning and development projects.
  • Process purchase orders, BACS/cheque requests, and invoices, ensuring accurate financial records and timely supplier updates.
  • Manage people development lifecycle administration, including training bookings, room bookings, invites, and attendance, updating training records to support development events.
  • Coordinate timely and accurate learning and development data analysis for effective reporting to the People Development Team and other business areas.
  • Develop and maintain the Learning Management System and additional training records.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on accessing systems and people development-related activities.
  • Train new starters on E-Learning platform and Learning Management System usage and mandatory training queries.
  • Process external mandatory training to ensure colleague compliance.
