Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Bluewater, Kent. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping environment
- Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotions to drive business growth
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays
- Knowledge of KPIs and sales metrics, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
