Financial Director

Robert Walters is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Financial Controller on a permanent basis. This is a newly created position due to growth and will support an excellent Finance Director in running a fast-paced Finance team as the business looks to continue on an exciting growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and produce monthly management accounts, including reports for board packs and monthly variance analysis for the balance sheet and P&L.
- Oversee accounts payable function and provide senior management team with accurate and comprehensive financial information to guide effective decision making and financial strategy.
- Liaise with external Tax accountants and support development and ongoing maintenance of forecasting model.
- Assist with accurate cash flow forecasting and become involved in a variety of ad-hoc work within Finance and leading on projects.
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA Qualified Accountants with 2-4 years PQE.
- Strong technical finance knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to business partner with both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Team management experience, either in Audit or out of Audit, advantageous but not essential.
A salary of £65,000-£75,000 DOE, as well as a brilliant benefits package including hybrid working, enhanced company pension, 26 days holiday (increasing with service), private medical, and more.
