Position Overview:
Role: Team Leader
Compensation: £12.80 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week

As a Team Leader, you will serve as a vital support to the restaurant manager, entrusted with the responsibility of managing the unit effectively. Your primary goal will be to embody enthusiasm and serve as a brand ambassador, delivering KFC's renowned fried chicken and outstanding service as we enhance the UK's rest stop experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide your teams to meet and exceed brand standards and customer service expectations
  • Optimize profitability by boosting sales and managing expenses
  • Conduct stock counts and manage orders
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to set achievable targets for the team
  • Engage with Team Members to provide coaching and feedback, identifying training needs as necessary

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly desirable
