Financial Controller Assistant

AD Finance is seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Financial Controller in the preparation of timely and accurate management accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts, including posting purchase ledger invoices, sorting queries, and raising payments.
  • Support the Financial Controller in the production of management information reports.
  • Manage the fixed asset register and prepare balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Track and reconcile bank statements, and assist with the production of the VAT return for consolidation.
  • Participate in external and internal audits, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
