Senior Marketing Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our Liverpool property portfolio team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies to promote our properties and engage with our local community.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing and communications plans to achieve business objectives
- Plan, create, edit, and proofread content for offline and online channels
- Work on our website and support our social media activity
- Collaborate with the Visitor Experience and Programme Manager to develop and deliver marketing and communications plans
- Lead the development and delivery of marketing and communications plans to achieve business objectives
- Practical experience in a marketing and communications role
- Experience of developing marketing and communications plans
- Good eye for presentation and understanding of brand management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to use and interpret data to understand local audiences and make marketing decisions
- Strong team player skills
