About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Front of House team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Oversee and manage the Front of House area, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Management Team to achieve business objectives and maintain a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety rules and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Lead by example and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or Duty Manager in the food industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
