Role Overview:

This position offers a hybrid working model, combining remote and office-based responsibilities. The Cost Estimation Specialist will be tasked with managing estimating functions for projects in the tender and negotiation phases. With a robust pipeline of tenders and a focus on estimator-led negotiations, we seek additional expertise to enhance our team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial aspects of two-stage and negotiated tenders, from initial cost planning to financial closure.
  • Provide regular cost updates to the client's surveying team and finalize negotiations before contract execution.
  • Ensure effective control of costs, timelines, and quality in alignment with project targets.
