Customer Marketing Manager

At ServiceNow, we're looking for a seasoned professional to join our team as a Customer Marketing Manager. This role is a key part of our Customer Marketing Program in EMEA, where you'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies to increase ServiceNow's awareness and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to identify and leverage customer success stories
  • Collaborate with sales, solutions consulting, marketing, product marketing, and communications teams to align customer marketing priorities with business objectives
  • Recruit and engage customers to join the ServiceNow Customer Advocacy program
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a library of customer stories in various formats, including case studies, blogs, paid articles, videos, and social media cards
  • Deliver against program KPIs, including publishing targeted customer stories, keynote speakers for major events, PR/AR coverage, and references for key product announcements and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in the technology industry in a customer advocacy or customer marketing role
  • Proven track record of working effectively with executive-level customers and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and achieve outcomes
  • Demonstrated success delivering compelling customer stories, written, video, and stage
  • Past success engaging in customer advocacy work with Global 2000 and/or Fortune 500 brands
  • Strong project management skills and operational discipline
  • Succinct and direct communicator fluent in written and spoken English
