Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to customers and assist the Field Care Supervisor with various tasks, including new staff introductions, reporting concerns, and ensuring medication accuracy.
  • Build strong relationships with staff, customers, and office staff, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Cover on-call emergency phone duties and provide guidance and mentoring to Care and Support Workers as requested.
  • Conduct introductory visits with new customers, spot checks, and medication checks.
  • Collect information and documentation from customers' homes as requested by managers.
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and well-organized individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
