The Role

You will be joining our Chelmsford office, where you'll have access to a wealth of job opportunities from day one.

This is not a role with heavy sales pressure; instead, we focus on delivering exceptional service, building strong client relationships, and maintaining accountability and honesty throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and pre-screening candidates to onboarding them in their new roles.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with both existing and potential clients, providing a consultative service and developing strong professional relationships.
  • Network Building: Focus on expanding and nurturing your network of blue-collar construction professionals.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and develop relationships with your client base and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment journey.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience: Recruitment or sales experience within the construction sector is preferred, but candidates with backgrounds in customer service or recruitment from other industries are also welcome.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential as you will be interacting with clients and candidates daily.
