Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Repairs Supervisor to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising building maintenance operatives to ensure efficient and safe working practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise building maintenance operatives to optimize resource utilization and advise management on resource requirements.
  • Ensure all work is completed within priority periods and to a high standard.
  • Pre-inspect work to identify content, duration, and materials required, and liaise with surveyors to clarify before work commences.
  • Produce detailed schedules of work and specify job requirements to enable in-house workforce to complete tasks.
  • Pre-order non-stock materials and stock materials for larger or more complicated works.

Requirements:

  • Availability to work immediately or at short notice.
  • Right to work in the U.K.
