Job Opportunity: Children's Physiotherapy Team Manager

Pertemps Medical Professionals is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Physiotherapy Team Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate service delivery for the Children's physiotherapy service, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Provide line management and oversight of the Children's Physiotherapy team, addressing staff and human resources issues.
  • Deliver identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in the service area, presenting statistics to the Children's Therapy Lead and Directorate Management team.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of line management experience.
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in paediatric physiotherapy.
  • UK hospital experience is essential.
