This position entails assisting the Store Manager in various operational aspects, including supervising a team of Sales Assistants and volunteers, ensuring top-notch customer service, and overseeing shop activities.
Primary Duties:
- Work closely with the Shop Manager
- Guide and support volunteers and staff
