The primary role of the Housekeeping Linen Attendant is to ensure that all guest requests are met promptly, while maintaining the Shangri-La standards of cleanliness and presentation across all designated areas.

Attention to detail is paramount, extending to all areas of the hotel, including back-of-house and external spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit exceptional personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Adapt to various working conditions and hours with flexibility.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving furniture as necessary.
  • Maintain a standing position for extended periods.
  • Possess knowledge of health and safety protocols.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Forbes standards is a plus.
  • Demonstrate motivation and a proactive attitude.
