Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all components of IT Infrastructure, enhancing and supporting essential operational areas, especially server systems and all local onsite setups.
- Evaluate IT service performance, availability, and capacity.
- Ensure data center capacity is assessed regularly and provide timely capacity reports along with suitable availability.
- Conduct tests and document disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Utilize technical support principles to deliver top-notch technical assistance.
- Assist in reviewing system architecture and suggest enhancements aligned with Service Delivery.
- Offer daily consultation, training, guidance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution to the IT Department and associated business units for hardware, software, network, and related computing systems and peripherals.

Essential Qualifications
- Capability to cultivate a thorough understanding of all Biffa business strategies and relate that knowledge to pinpoint operational and IT-related initiatives.
- Expertise necessary to propose pertinent IT solutions to evolving business and project risks.
- Demonstrated experience in Infrastructure design and support.
- Proficient in Linux and Windows administration and support.
- Familiarity with Enterprise anti-virus and Cloud technologies.
