Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nursing Associate to join our Renal Dialysis team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing renal dialysis, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the treatment process.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administer medications in accordance with NMC standards of proficiency and Trust policy and procedure.
- Provide support to the multi-professional team, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Take responsibility for an identified area on regular shifts, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in audits and contribute to the delivery of Care Benchmarking activities and Trust-specific CQUINS targets.
Requirements:
- Foundation Degree in Nursing
- GCSE/Functional skills in English & Maths level 2
- Trained Nursing Associate Registered with the NMC
- Understanding of NMC professional standards and requirements for revalidation
- Knowledge of Clinical Audit and Clinical Governance
