Are you an enthusiastic leader dedicated to providing outstanding customer support? Our client, a provider of housing solutions, is seeking a Supervisor to manage their Service Centre team.

As the primary contact for incoming communications, your role will be vital in maintaining a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

You will be tasked with coaching, inspiring, and directing your team to achieve key performance targets.

Assist your team in handling incoming communications and resolving issues promptly.

Leadership & Management:
Oversee all inquiries for information, assistance, or complaints received by the Service Centre.
Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and organizational policies.
Supervise the utilization of all relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy and real-time integrity.
Effectively delegate tasks and support the training and development of both new and existing personnel.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to manage training, performance, and personal growth.
Investigate and resolve complaints.
