Your Role

As a Receptionist, you will serve as the initial and final point of contact for our guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. You will keep the Front Office Manager informed of any pertinent feedback from guests and other departments. Your role will involve maximizing room occupancy and utilizing up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and amenities. Adherence to hotel security protocols, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation is essential.
