**Who we are looking for**
- We are looking for a friendly Reception Supervisor to join our small Reception Team.
- We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service with our Guests.
- When Guests arrive at Ness Walk we require a Highland Welcome by our Concierge and Reception Team.
- Whilst they are staying with us our Team are on hand to provide them with excellent, friendly and attentive service.
- You are enthusiastic and enjoy meeting new people. A 'can do 'attitude.

To succeed within the role you must have previous experience of working within a luxury, quality Hotel as a Receptionist or Supervisor. You must have excellent knowledge of a Front Office System. The Front Office System we use is Reslynx.

You will be required to work 5 days from 7. Shifts are 7am-3.30pm and 3pm-11.30pm (approximately) there are some middle shifts 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm depending on our levels of business.
