Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming telephone inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Distribute relevant materials, including literature and application forms, to clients.

  • Conduct account transactions for both new and existing clients.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum educational qualifications: GCSE level 5 grade A - C, with at least a C grade in Mathematics and English.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles.
  • Experience handling incoming calls is essential.
  • A background in financial services, banking, or insurance is advantageous.
  • Must possess a confident, clear, and professional telephone demeanor.
