Store Merchandising Specialist

Our client, a leading privately owned business, is seeking a highly skilled Store Merchandiser to join their team. As a key member of the retail operations team, you will be responsible for managing the store merchandising process, ensuring that stores are stocked with the right products at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:- Allocate stock to stores, taking into account seasonal trends and customer demand.
- Recall non-performing products to make room for new options.
- Review daily replenishment of each store to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement store merchandising strategies, differentiating between core products and seasonal newness.
- Collaborate with store managers to understand demand and preferences at each store.
- Provide feedback to the design and product development team to inform future product decisions.
- Coordinate stock for window displays and manage supply of uniform for store staff.
- Proven experience in retail operations, with a focus on store merchandising.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with store managers and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
