Senior ERP Project Manager

Catch Resource Management is seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for managing internal and client-side resources to deliver successful NetSuite implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong ERP project/programme management experience in delivering successful global ERP projects with complex stakeholders. You will be able to provide big-picture assistance to the organisation and manage all aspects of related projects to ensure alignment to the overall programme and strategic business objectives.

This is a UK-based remote position with occasional client site visits and visits to the office for key meetings. You will be working with a leading provider of Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, NetSuite, and other ERP resources to both end users and product suppliers/authors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage internal and client-side resources to deliver successful NetSuite implementation projects
  • Provide big-picture assistance to the organisation and manage all aspects of related projects
  • Ensure alignment to the overall programme and strategic business objectives
  • Work with a team of ERP specialists to deliver full project life cycle implementation and support
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience of managing full life cycle ERP implementations (NetSuite preferred)
  • Proven experience as a ERP Project/Programme Manager
  • Need experience of managing projects for at least 12-18 months
  • Need experience of managing projects with budgets around £1 million
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects
  • Experience of client-facing project implementation
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
  • Project Management (PMP, Prince2) certifications
