Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Actively identifying opportunities to elevate our lawyers' visibility and promote our legal expertise, significantly contributing to the external recognition of our services.
  • Conducting thorough research on current and upcoming market trends and developments, ensuring awareness across the board.
  • Creating insightful articles and thought leadership pieces on relevant changes and market dynamics.
  • Coordinating responses to consultations and fostering relationships with professional bodies and organizations.
  • Building and nurturing a network of contacts within the legal and market affairs community.
  • Providing training and guidance on new legal and regulatory updates affecting your Segment, alongside market awareness initiatives.

In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing annual training plans focused on legal and market awareness for your Segment.
  • Designing induction programs for new starters to familiarize them with legal and market insights.
  • Collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate data collection for trend analysis and reporting.
  • Presenting innovative use case ideas to enhance client benefits through new technologies and tools.
  • Maintaining and enhancing the firm's knowledge resources.
  • Writing and revising guidance documents and checklists to support lawyers within your Segment.
  • Engaging with other professionals to ensure access to necessary library resources and monitoring their usage.
  • Assisting with diverse projects as needed.

Key Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent experience.
  • UK qualified lawyer or Segment specialist with a strong academic background.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in private practice or within your Segment.
  • Experience in delivering market affairs or knowledge management content is advantageous.

Successful candidates will possess:

  • Comprehensive legal and market knowledge, with a deep understanding of the legal community.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex legal and market developments effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • A willingness to travel as necessary.
