As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and disposals. You will work closely with lead partners and junior colleagues to deliver high-quality advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Support the development of the legal team and contribute to the growth of the business
