**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at OCS Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of staff and ensuring the provision of high-quality food in a fast-paced customer environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a small team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and exceed their expectations
  • Manage kitchen budgets and costs to ensure profitability
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

**Requirements**

  • Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification
  • Diploma in Professional Cookery (minimum Level 2)
  • Experience of contract catering
  • Flair and imagination as a chef
  • Good understanding of cost control
  • Strong leadership and team-working skills
