Job Description

Job Title: Engineering Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Trainer to join our team at Inspire Education Group. As an Engineering Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students in a workshop setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training sessions to students in a workshop setting
  • Supervise and coach students during training sessions
  • Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment
  • Assist tutors with lesson planning and delivery
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback

Requirements:

  • Level 2 qualification in the relevant subject area
  • Minimum of Level 2 in literacy and Numeracy (GCSE English Language and Maths grade C/4 or above)
  • Level 3 award in Education + Training/PTLLS or equivalent
  • Health and Safety or technical training qualification
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
