Job Title: Engineering Trainer
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Trainer to join our team at Inspire Education Group. As an Engineering Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to students in a workshop setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions to students in a workshop setting
- Supervise and coach students during training sessions
- Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment
- Assist tutors with lesson planning and delivery
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback
Requirements:
- Level 2 qualification in the relevant subject area
- Minimum of Level 2 in literacy and Numeracy (GCSE English Language and Maths grade C/4 or above)
- Level 3 award in Education + Training/PTLLS or equivalent
- Health and Safety or technical training qualification
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
