About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to oversee clean water and wastewater projects in the South West region. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee 2-3 projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Contracts Managers, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure high-quality work and timely completion.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project status, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum HND/BEng in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
