We are seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Director to join our team at Royal HaskoningDHV, a leading international engineering and project management consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile projects in the defence sector, leveraging your expertise in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and programme management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance throughout the project management lifecycle
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and improve performance
  • Manage and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in senior project management or director-level roles
  • Excellent project leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil, mechanical, or other engineering disciplines
  • Experience with NEC Contract tender preparation and contract management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects
