Position Overview
We are excited to announce a unique opportunity within our medical imaging department. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled individual with a background in medical imaging or photography, complemented by relevant clinical experience. The ideal candidate will hold registration or be eligible for registration with the Institute of Medical Illustrators and the Academy for Healthcare Science.
This role is a fixed-term position covering maternity leave. Candidates selected for an interview will be required to present a portfolio showcasing their photography work.
Key Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering medical photography and videography services in both the imaging studio and outpatient settings. You will collaborate with another imaging professional, an imaging support staff member, and an administrative coordinator. A comprehensive understanding of the medical imaging field, along with experience in managing image databases and utilizing editing software, is crucial for this role.
