We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diagnostic Radiographer to join our team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality imaging services to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, including plain film x-ray, ultrasound, CT, and MRI.
- Interpret imaging results and provide accurate diagnoses to referring clinicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in continuous professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the department.
- Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) as a Diagnostic Radiographer.
- Postgraduate qualification in radiography or a related field.
- Proven experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
