About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Alliance for Better Care CIC. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Primary Care Network in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership on medicines optimisation and quality improvement initiatives
  • Manage caseloads of patients with complex polypharmacy and chronic conditions
  • Undertake clinical medication reviews and implement prescribing changes as an independent prescriber
  • Work with the general practice team to ensure compliance with CQC standards and medicines legislation
  • Provide education and training to primary healthcare team on therapeutics and medicines optimisation

Requirements

  • Mandatory registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in pharmacy and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
  • Completed CPPE course
  • Minimum of 4 years post-qualifying experience
